Due to the current Covid-19 situation and its impact on the travel industry, unfortunately we have had to temporarily reduce the size of our team. With effect from Wednesday 1st April, we will be reducing our operating times in order to continue to support our customers. With the exception of a core team, all other team members are being placed on the government job retention scheme with the intention that they will re-join us once we have come safely through this current crisis.
From Wednesday 1st April, our opening hours will be as follows:
Mon – Fri: 10.00-16.00
Our priority will be to support customers who are either currently overseas or who are due to travel before the end of April. For all other enquiries, we ask that you please contact us by email in order to keep phone lines open as much as possible.
